Wednesday, August 7: EVENING INTERVALS .

We will be doing a short group warm up ride, and then over to the "interval hill" where we will do our intervals at our own pace and speed, each person dictates their own pace.
Interval training is a simple technique novice and experienced exercisers can use to get the most out of their workouts. The long-term health benefits from interval training are similar to those achieved from most types of longer-duration, moderate-intensity aerobic exercise. The warm up and intervals should be about 1 hour. Meet at 5:45 pm and be ready to depart 15 minutes later.
